Joni Milanak

Joni graduated from Concord Career Institute in 2001 as a Medical Assistant and worked as a MA for five years. She then graduated from the Insurance Coding and Billing Specialist program at Concord in 2006. She has been working at Reid and Yates since 2007 and is currently our administrative assistant at the Tigard location.

When not at work, Joni enjoys reading and spending time with her 4 kids and dog.
